Our Delivery Service
The delivery team are here to help
Many customers collect their furniture from us, but we do offer an outstanding delivery service.
Compared to many other Furniture retailers our delivery Service can be described as outstanding. All the deliveries are carried out by our own Professional Delivery Staff in our own vehicles.
We deliver on a Monday to Friday basis, we will always select a day with plenty of prior notice which will suit all parties.
To help our customers with their furniture deliveries and to make it run smoothly we have 8 deliveries per day per shop:
3 delivery days per week per store
4 mornings from 9.00am - 1.00pm
4 afternoons from 12.00pm - 5.00pm
This gives you the option of 12 delivery slots per week.
NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to give you the precise time of your delivery, although we try our utmost to keep within the morning or afternoon delivery times, subject to traffic condition.
The Service we provide includes the following duties:

- Place the furniture in the room of choice, where possible.
- - Unwrap all furniture and leave it in good working order.
- - Remove all unwanted associated packaging.
- - Build up all Wardrobesready for use. Beds are normally supplied unassembled but can be bulit for a small additional charge. Please ask instore.

The Delivery staff are extremely helpful. If you have any concerns whatsoever with your delivery they will happily assist you. The excellent furniture we sell is complimented by the service we provide with it !
